Signature Select clients may need to secure their own insurance and bonds for site work. OYL manages all legal and insurance requirements in Custom and Bespoke paths.
During Construction
Can I visit my lot while the home is under construction?
Yes, with notice and a scheduled time. Safety is a top priority, and your Site Production Manager will coordinate visits.
What happens if I request changes mid-construction?
We allow changes through a formal change order process. We’ll review feasibility, pricing, and timing before confirming updates.
Move-In & Post-Construction

We offer a 10-year structural warranty, covering industry-standard elements and manufacturer-backed features.
Will I receive a guide or support after moving in?
Yes. Every client receives a custom Homeowner Guide with product manuals, maintenance checklists, and post-occupancy support.
