Base Home Price: This price includes all the included features of the home model you selected. Base home prices are found on our floor plans page.
Additional Features and Allowances: Standard available options and upgrades, such as breakfast rooms and extra bedrooms
Requests for Custom Options: Custom options unique to your home that are neither standard nor offered as an upgrade

Understanding Pricing

Interior Selections
The interior design style is one of the most enjoyable aspects of building a new home. Pre-Construction
A pre-construction meeting between our customers and team is a chance to review all custom drawings, additional options, colors, and finish selections. It’s also an opportunity to ask further questions and review the estimated construction timeline, so you’ll know what to expect.
Construction
Putting the shovel in the Ground. You’ll be assigned a dedicated Project Manager who will be your point person throughout the construction process. Your Project Manager will closely monitor the progress of your home, oversee all inspections and update you every step of the way.
Final Walkthrough
Dreams become a reality during your pre-settlement tour. You can explore your completed new home and have your Project Manager orient you, ensuring everything is in working order. It’s your chance to inspect the quality of the finishes and ask any final questions before closing.
